HOW CAN I ORDER?
Ordering your product from Fynbos Leather Accessories is super quick. We are an online shop only.
Just add the products you would like to your cart, hit checkout, tell us where to ship to by entering your shipping details, then make a payment using your credit card or by performing an EFT.
Currently we are busy upgrading our payment methods. We apologize for any inconvenience.
To purchase your order in the meanwhile we ask that you kindly fill in our cotact form with all the info and we will get back to you in a jiffy!
CAN I RETURN OR REFUND?

Products can be returned back to us for store credit and not cash.

Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unstained and not used.

You can post your return back within 7 days of receiving your items.

You will need to cover the cost of return postage.

No returns can be made after 7 days.

Once we receive the item the store credit will be available for you within 2 hours to use if the item is in their original condition, with tags attached, unstained and not used.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery usually takes 2-10 days. We are based in Pretoria. Delivery to Pretoria, Centurion, Johannesburg, receives their orders within 2-3 days. The rest of the country's delivery takes a little bit longer but definitely within 10 days.
HOW DOES THE SIZES WORK?
All of our products sizes are in the product information.
IS THERE A SHOP WHERE I CAN SEE AND TOUCH THE PRODUCT?

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We do accept payments via Visa/ credit card, we also accept Instant EFT payments from most major banks in South Africa. place your order as usual & choose the "instant EFT" option when you're checking out.
